I absolutely love these pants. I own 10 pair of various colors. I wear them all the time in the summer. I do hate how thin they are and how quickly they wear out. The cut and style are on point tho and i keep buying them.
Pros
  • style
  • cut
Cons
  • very thin material
  • wears out quickly

Overall very good pair of pants with plenty of room for movement. Only drawback for me is I wish they sat a little higher on the waist.

Great for yoga and everyday -- but the black isn't.
September 7, 2016
I have seven pairs of Prana Sutra pants and two pairs of Prana Sutra shorts. They are for me the most comfortable, well-made pants not just for yoga but for everyday casual wear in Spring, Summer and Fall. When I travel to Asia in the winter, they are the only pants I take. They are smart enough for four and five-star hotels and very easy to care for. However... the black shade isn't. It's more a very dark shade of grey. The black herringbone is lighter. That isn't a complaint, just an observation and a guide for those who might be expecting something in a more traditional black.
Pros
  • Extremely comfortable.
  • Very well-made.
  • Easy to care for.
  • Long-lasting.
  • Excellent for yoga and casual wear.
Cons
  • None -- apart from the slight surprise at the 'black' and 'black herringbone' colors.

Cons

Very comfy pants with plenty of room to move

I've only had these on four or five times since getting them. The sizing is awesome after you have them on. I really like the way they fit. They are weird to put on. I'm not fat at all but it is really hard to get these over my butt... not impossible but tight. I went with the size that suits my waist and it works so just be warned. After that odd feeling putting them on it is like wearing scrubs but more substantial somehow. Very comfie. I'm about to be watching sunrises on top of the ridge-line around Lake Tahoe and maybe I'll come back and let ya know how they feel stretched out (But probably not). So just know they are roomy and comfy and look good.
Pros
  • Room
  • Fit
Cons
  • Fit

You know you wanna hug!!
August 31, 2015
i seen these pants and they winked at me from across the store...I hesitated at first & thought they were looking at someone else...wrong!!! They wanted to hug me in a gentle way & I let them ;-) we've been attached at the hips for little while now & things are going well. Since I have to give them a bath once in awhile...I bought another pair!!! They didn't shrink when I washed em either so they have that going for them too!! My advice: buy 2!!may seem pricey at first but you willnot be let down & YES, I have a pair on right now ;-) Woot woot!!!
Pros
  • Comfy
  • Don't crush yer man parts during yoga stuff
  • I think they make me a better dancer :-/
  • Lotsa sizes
  • Chicks dig em
Cons
  • Lil pricey

Size runs true -- if you are 36" waste, "Large" should fit you. I will take in this X-L, that website suggested should order for 36.

Hey, it's a pair of pants with a draw string
July 24, 2015
I have worn them to a number of hot, power yoga sessions and they are comfortable and don't restrain movement. They are light and absorb sweat without becoming clingy.
Pros
  • Hard to say how durable they will be over time but I have 2 other pairs that I have used 3-4 times a week and they are holding up well. Seams are all intact and don't chafe..
Cons
  • Awkward fit, tight at the hips slack at the gut and tight through the hamstrings. I am a 31 waist and bought the small size. In theory these should fit comfortably according to the sizing chart. I bought a pair of medium, they were to loose and the draw string was sucked in tight and was still loose at the waist
  • Fix the sizing issues and you will have a good product

Vickerey certainly has the customer in mind

I buy from the Vickerey every six months. What won me over was the super fast service, knowing before I order if they have it in stock, and when it arrives and I see their inner packaging I just feel so loved.

Amazing Pants!
January 27, 2015
The Sutra pant is the most comfortable pair of pants I own. The are light weight and quite stretchy. These are my go to pants for yoga or just relaxing around the house. I love that they now come in inseam lengths. I am a 30" waist and I have the size small. The fabric is great and I like that they have an Eco story.
Pros
  • Comfortable
  • Stretch
  • eco friendly
  • great relaxed fit
